Anyone tried a Smoothie Diet?

I am thinking about going on a smoothie diet…

It basically is having a smoothie for breakfast, lunch and then having a sensable dinner…
My question is has anyone tried this and seen results? Or does anyone have any advice or recipes to try??

I haven’t tried it, but it probably will work. Since you are drinking just smoothies for breakfast and lunch, your total calorie intake will be less which means you will lose weight. Just remember to exercise too.

* I heard green smoothies were the healthiest. You can search up recipes on the internet. They are basically just vegetables and fruits blended together.
